It is amazing how quickly time can go by! I can't believe it has been so long since I posted. I have been busy with the everyday school stuff, cleaning and meals plus I have been working on a website. My dh helped set me a up a website and I have been busy with that too. Not too much is going on right now- I did start exercising again. I stopped for about 3 weeks and started back last week. Man, was it hard. I can tell that I stopped, I was tired and worn out pretty quickly. It is pretty amazing how quickly what we have worked hard to on can go away. My goal is to use my Tao Bo Advanced tape 3 days a week and then after a week or two, add strength training. I hope to do this for a month and then will change as needed. Just trying to build back up and rev up my metabolism again. It doesn't take long for things to go downhill.
I got the alert about Jerry Fallwell. I am saddened by his death. I felt that he did a lot of good for the Christian community- whether I agreed with everything he said or did, he still did great things. I know he will be missed. Our friends who pastor the church here knew him. Their dd is going to Liberty next year too. They were actually out at Liberty when the shooting happened at Virginia Tech. We should be rejoicing for where he is now.
I am going to make a separate post with our menu for the week.
