I know that it is Tuesday but I came down with a bladder infection over the weekend and didn't feel great. Plus, we lost our cable and internet for a few hours yesterday AND dh was having some problems with his server so he confiscated the laptop when he got home. I also changed the menu I made out since I didn't feel great yesterday. So, here is the menu for the week of November 11-17.
S- Cereal (I know, not great, but we all have off nights and mine was Sunday)
M- Chicken Vegetable soup in CP
T- Hamburger Pinwheels with mac-n-cheese and beans
W- Roasted CP chicken, salad, peas and mashed potatoes
Th- Cowgirl beans with biscuits, corn and spinach (salad for those who don't like cooked greens)
F- Leftover chicken mixed with black beans and seasonings served on tortillas with salad on the side
S- Leftovers (I hope there is enough)
